Lone Star Medical Associates is looking for a reliable and professional Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team. We are a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic focused on adult primary care, and we’re seeking a friendly and organized individual who can manage front office operations while providing excellent customer service to our patients.

• Greet patients warmly and check them in and out for appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays
• Answer phone calls, return voicemails, and direct messages appropriately
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our electronic health record system (eClinicalWorks)
• Scan documents, handle medical records requests, and support referrals
• Manage faxes and emails, and route clinical information to the appropriate team members
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front office environment
• Assist clinical staff with administrative support as needed
   

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in a medical office is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Comfortable using EMR systems — experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
